Booking a Private Room
RESERVATIONS
Unfortunately we don't take table reservations here at Los Gringos. You can call ahead and give us a heads up for a large group, but we can't guarantee any reserved seating. On the other hand though, you can book the private room or patio for your function.
Your Group
When you have a group that wants to dine, please call the restaurant in advance to check to see if we can accommodate you. This also gives us a heads up you are on the way.
The Patio
You can book the patio and have a lovely taco outside. There is a predetermined menu and a minimum hourly charge. Read below for more information.
The Back Room
The back room does offer privacy for your group. Same as the patio reservations, there is a set menu and a minimum charge. Keep reading for more details
Custom Menus
Once you choose which items go on the menu, we will print custom menus for your guests with any message that you like.
RESERVING A ROOM
To ensure quick service and as little disruption to the rest of the guests there are a few stipulations. To make it faster for your group we have a special menu and each of your party guests has a choice of 5 items (that you choose for the menu) so each dish for each person is made fresh to order.
Step 1
Determine whether you would like the patio or the private room. The patio can handle larger groups, also has privacy but temperatures can fluctuate. The Private Room can be more comfortable temperature wise, depending on the season.
Step 2
Determine the date and the number of guests. Please refer to the rate chart to see which time slot works best for you and your budget.
Rate Chart
To book either the patio or the private room, there's a minimum charge. The food and drinks ordered by your group count toward that total. Rates are determined by the time of day and how busy we are at those times. Rates on the chart are per hour and there is a minimum booking of two hours.
Please note that this is an hourly rate chart and there is a minimum two hour booking.
Step 3
Look at the menu below and choose five of the eight entrees. This menu enables the kitchen to get your food out quickly to all of your guests.
Step 4
Choose additional items. If you would like appetizers, drinks or dessert included at your event.
Step 5
Fill out the request form below and someone will contact you within 72 hours. Please note there may be other booking on your chosen date or events happening at the restaurant.

Taco Cart
Maybe you would prefer to have the party at your house. Full catering with the Taco Cart or pick up trays.
