We pulled out all the stops and made it with award-winning 100% blue agave Centenario Plata Tequila, creating a margarita that’s bright, smooth, and seriously refreshing.
One of my FAVORITE specials. This cocktail is served chilled and is perfect for Summer. And I’m never quite sure how to attack it? Fingers? Spoon? Drink it?
Fingers for the shrimp on top, with a sip of the tasty cocktail then a spoon to get all the fresh chunks of deliciousness. Repeat. THIS is what I eat every day in July. YES – EVERY DAY. I dream about July in January.
